Ice Cream

This small batch guilt-free ice cream recipe is super easy to make, very low effort, beginner friendly and refined sugar free!



INGREDIENTS

  • Dairy based whipping cream - 80 g
  • Date syrup/ Date honey - 15 g
  • Chopped dates - 10 g
  • Chopped walnuts - 10 g
  • Instant coffee powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
  1. Add the heavy cream to a stand mixer bowl and whip to form medium to stiff peaks.
  2. Add the date syrup to the stand mixer bowl and whip to form soft to medium peaks.
  3. Add the chopped dates, chopped walnuts and instant coffee to the ice cream base. Whip for another 10 to 15 seconds
  4. Transfer the date & walnut ice cream mix into an airtight container.
  5. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Scoop and serve!
